National Wheelovator vertical platform lift 1.5 horse power motor p/n V1138-1
p/n V1138-1 single phase standard motor, it is not the fast speed vertical motor
This motor is 2" longer than the original motor so you need to verify you have room to mount it.
The motor body (outside bearing to outside of shaft side bearing 10.5 inches). Shaft is 3.25 inches long, 5/8 diamter.
